蔵元・杜氏 泉 恵介
東京農業大学、国税庁醸造試験場で醗酵学、醸造学、微生物学を学ぶ。
平成9年真名鶴酒造合資会社代表、平成10年秋より杜氏を兼務。
杜氏として初めて造った吟醸酒が、県の利酒会で最高点を獲得。続く金沢国税局酒類鑑評会、全国新酒鑑評会でも金賞を受賞し一躍脚光を浴びる。以後、受賞多数。
平成14年に福井県蔵元杜氏の会を結成、会長となり酒造技術の研鑚、後進の指導に心血を注ぐ。

大吟醸Aの部 金賞受賞
Studied fermentation, brewing and microbiology at the Tokyo University of Agriculture and the National Research Institute of Brewing, Japan. Took the helm of the brewery in 1997 and became the head brewer in the autumn of 1998. The first Ginjo-shu that he made as the head brewer won the highest score at the prefectural sake contest, winning a streak of golden awards at other sake fairs and contests including the coveted National New Sake Awards.
